What is the cost for a membership?

Memberships range from $100-250 per month depending on the programs you choose to train. We offer big discounts to families for each additional member that you add to your training package. Talk to our front desk for more details.

Do you require a long term contract?

No, we are one of the few martial arts gyms that offers month to month memberships.

It is my first day trying a class, what should I wear/bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothing. We have loaner uniforms for jiu-jitsu classes and loaner boxing gloves for striking classes. Especially for jiu-jitsu, do not wear any jewelry, watches, or bracelets that could get caught in your or your training partners’ fingers.

You can bring water, but we also have a water fountain on-site for those hard workouts.

I'm new to a jiu-jitsu gym, what are some basic etiquette tips to help me feel more comfortable when I come in?

Remember not to walk on any of the mats with your shoes on. We roll around on these mats, and we do not want debris and dirt from the outside world in our space.

Bow when you get on the mats, and every time you exit the mats, even if it is for a water break.

If your child is training, refrain from coaching from the sidelines. They need to focus on the instruction and their partners. Let our instructors do the coaching job, we love what we do, and we will help your child throughout the class.

Turn your cell phone to silent! This is a teaching environment, and the rings and pings from your phone are a distraction to everyone in class.

Are there any discounts for law enforcement, veterans, and military personnel.?

Yes, we offer a special discount for LEOs, military service members, and first responders. Talk to our front desk for more details.
